Roles and Responsibilities :- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics- Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients, expand market penetration and grow the profits.- Gather the client\'s requirements and suggest how our offering can be implemented to enhance and improve the existing processes- Build relationships with key decision makers & CXOs across established and emerging FinTech, Banks and Brokers.- Exploring business opportunity to secure higher throughput and profitable business.Skills :- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills- Superb leadership abilityExperience : 2+ yrs.
