Minimum of 5-10 years of experience exclusively within the Telecom or Accessories industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target & Performance Management:
Establish, communicate, and monitor
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
for accessories and insurance products for all retail staff.
Conduct
daily performance follow-ups
with retail teams to ensure targets are met and address any issues.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.
Retail Staff Education & Training:
Develop and implement
ongoing training programs
to educate retail staff on the features, benefits, and value proposition of accessories and insurance products.
Ensure staff are experts on all product offerings and are equipped with effective sales techniques to increase
attach rates
.
Brand & Vendor Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for accessory and insurance brands.
Coordinate with brands
to secure and execute promotional activities, product launches, and in-store merchandising.
Ensure retail teams are aligned with brand-specific goals and strategies.
Inventory & Operations:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure adequate stock levels of fast-moving accessories.
Provide feedback to brands on product performance and customer demand.
Stay informed of competitor activity and market trends within the retail accessories and insurance space.
