Job Description

1. Carpet-bombing of all Commercial spaces to generate leads across North, South, Central & Western zones2. Carpet-bombing of all Residential spaces to generate leads across North, South, Central & Western zones3. Documenting & maintain the Lead Generation tracker and converting them to enquiries4. Constantly updating the Database with contact information & upcoming Projects 5. Meeting Architects, Interior Designers and PMCs regularly to get the details on the projects handled by them6. Developing & maintaining long terms relationships with Architects/PMC7. Scheduling meetings to make a Sales pitch to potential clients8. Understanding requirements from the client and submitting quotations after consulting the team9. Attending Techno-commercial discussions and attending tender negotiation meetings with the company10. Managing Order finalization formalities11. Following up on Payment collectionSkills Required:1. Excellent Communication Skills2. Proficient in English, Hindi & local language (preferred)3.
