Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, outbound campaigns, and direct meetings. - Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning. - Engage potential clients through calls, emails, presentations, and meetings to pitch company offerings effectively. - Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications. - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to closing the deal. - Maintain a detailed and updated database of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools. - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and service delivery) to ensure a smooth client onboarding and satisfaction process. - Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2. 1+ years of experience in business development or end-to-end sales roles.3.
