To keep the motivational standards of team high at all times. o To plan & monitor deployment of housekeeping staff. o To ensure quality standards of cleanliness of entire premises. o To ensure grooming & hygiene standards of all staff. o To indent and ensure availability of linen, uniforms, stationary and other nonmedical supplies. o To maintain inventory of linen, uniforms, other supplies and discards. o To ensure adherence to linen/uniform specifications. o To observe all rules and procedures in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety and Fire Prevention. o To be responsible for: Customer amenities, Interior decoration, Laundry/Linen, Pest control & Waste Management. o To allocate duties to Housekeeping staff. o To inspect & audit Vendors to ensure standards of hygiene, cleanliness & maintenance are met. o To provide Training to all Housekeeping staff. o To make Budgets for Housekeeping department. o To track Expenses and control Costs. o To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. o To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital. o To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. o To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area. o To comply with patient safety policy. o To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal syste
