Inviting applications for the role of Manager-SailPoint Identity Now - L3 Engineer In this role you are expected to have Core Expertise on SailPoint IDN with good knowledge on Core & Advance Java, Active Directory, SQL/Oracle DB&rsquos with focus on troubleshooting, deployment, and management. Responsibilities: . Experience in software architecture, system design & development. . Experience in working with the customer directly which includes initial requirement gathering, day-to-day technical discussions, technical demos, and project delivery. . Participate in all SailPoint deployment/maintenance activities - connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration . Participate in and/or Lead User Acceptance Testing bug-related re-engineering efforts . Experience in developing RESTful Web services using any framework. . Drive Incident & Problem Management with focus on RCA and RCCA in collaboration with SME groups and Functional leaders across HR/Finance/BU heads. . Plan and Implement Changes as per Business requirements . Drive reviews with other with key stakeholders ensuring the platform is aligned to business and compliance needs of the organization. . Needs to manage relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal stakeholders and drive message across BU leaders. . Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability. . Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams. . To work with Compliance Team in providing reports/evidence on need basis Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications: . Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject . Relevant work experience in leading Identity and access management solutions (SailPoint IDN, Oracle) with focus on driving adoption, improve business delivery across verticals. Preferred qualifications (Desired Experience): . Perform confidently and authoritatively in the role of SailPoint Architect on all SailPoint-related technologies from a deployment perspective . Experience with Scripting to build automation assets using SailPoint Identity Now technologies (transforms, Roles, Rules, access policies, postman APIs, ) . Experience and Exposure of using / exposing RESTful APIs . Experience working with multiple IAM-related technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications. . Experience in driving adoption of the platform and drive business value by interacting with HR / Finance / IT leadership teams and other Businesses, as needed. . Good understanding of user life cycle, provisioning, de-provisioning, certification process and scripting. . Knowledge on integration with standard Target systems like Active Directory, Mail systems, Applications, Unix systems for provisioning . Essential knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure. . Strong negotiation and analytical skills with experience in discussing with OEMs on solutions and root cause analysis . Flexible to accommodate time-zones, preferred comfortable with 24.7 operations, as teams are geographically dispersed . Good understanding of Audit and Compliance . Good speaking and writing communications. . Proactive and team management capabilities.
