Required Qualifications and Experience
- Should have 4 year of experience in lending business with 1 to 2 years in a product/sales role - Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. - Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. (proficiency in Marathi/Gujarati will be a preferred) - Excellent Interpersonal Skills. - Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter - Multi-language skill, preferred
