Job Purpose:
The role supports supervision of maintenance and operations across BOT/TOT sites, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely completion. Manages MIS and reporting, conducts audits, trains staff, and ensures adherence to safety and operational standards for efficient site management and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
Supervision and Coordination:

• Support the Central O&M lead in overseeing maintenance and operations across multiple BOT/TOT sites.

• Coordinate with site leads to ensure quality standards and timely task completion.

• Facilitate communication between site leads and the Central O&M lead.

• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure contract compliance.

• Assist in resolving site issues and escalate major concerns.

MIS and Reporting:

• Prepare MIS reports, including Daily Information, PCU & Collection Analysis, Monthly Progress, Schedule M & N, ETC Reconciliation, Accident Analysis, and Vehicle Maintenance.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports, analyzing data for trends and improvements.

• Maintain proper documentation and handle all documents efficiently.

• Conduct surprise audits of toll collectors and lane attendants.

• Train toll collectors and lane attendants on roles and responsibilities.

Training, Auditing and Reporting:

• Organize training sessions for toll collectors and lane attendants.

• Perform regular and surprise audits to ensure compliance with procedures.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

• Ensure staff comply with safety protocols and operational standards.

• Handle and maintain all operational documents properly.

• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in preparing and submitting reports to authorities and stakeholders.

Education Qualification:
Essential: Graduation in any discipline
Work Experience (Range of years):
8-10 years of relevant experience
