The Rewards / Marketplace Catalogue Manager will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing the product catalogue across multiple client reward programs and marketplaces. The role requires close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and vendors to enhance catalogue performance, drive redemptions, and ensure an engaging product experience.###
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Business Growth
o Liaise with clients regularly to review catalogue performance and identify opportunities to improve redemption business.
o Conduct periodic client reviews to share insights, product performance, and promotional outcomes.
o Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth objectives.
Catalogue Planning & Optimization
o Analyze product movement and redemption trends to identify top-performing and underperforming categories.
o Regularly enrich the catalogue by identifying the
Top 100 performing products
and introducing new categories or products.
o Retire slow-moving or non-performing SKUs to maintain a relevant and attractive catalogue mix.
Promotions & Campaign Management
o Conceptualize and execute new promotional offers or thematic campaigns to drive higher engagement and product redemption.
o Collaborate with marketing and client teams to ensure promotions align with business goals and seasonal priorities.
Stakeholder Coordination
o Work closely with
Merchandising
,
Rewards Operations
,
Procurement
, and
Warehouse
teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and smooth order fulfillment.
o Coordinate with
Content and Design teams
to ensure products are accurately represented, with updated images, descriptions, and specifications.
Catalogue & Content Management
o Oversee end-to-end catalogue content management for all client platforms, ensuring products go live within agreed SLAs.
o Maintain consistency in catalogue structure, taxonomy, and product attributes across clients.###
Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years of experience in
E-commerce
or
Bank Rewards Catalogue Management
.
Strong analytical skills to track product movement, redemption trends, and campaign performance.
Proven experience in client servicing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
Hands-on experience in catalogue setup, enrichment, and content management systems.
Ability to ideate and execute promotional offers and marketing initiatives to drive engagement.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
