We are looking for a highly polished, target-driven Retail Sales Manager with strong expertise in fine jewelry retail. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication, refined grooming, and proven experience in managing high-value clients, luxury sales, store operations, and team performance.This role requires someone who understands luxury consumer behavior, ensures premium service standards, and can drive revenue in a competitive luxury retail environment.Key Responsibilities1. Retail Sales & Target Achievement- Drive sales of fine jewelry through exceptional client servicing- Achieve monthly/quarterly store sales targets- Ensure high conversion rates and strong customer loyalty- Handle high-ticket transactions with accuracy & confidence2. Client Relationship Management- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI & UHNI clients- Manage appointments, follow-ups, upselling & cross-selling- Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism- Maintain client profiles & high-quality engagement3. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising- Ensure store ambiance, hygiene, and VM standards are always premium- Monitor stock movement, inventory, shrinkage, and replenishment- Ensure all jewelry is handled, displayed & stored safely4.
