Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers and leads.
Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers confidently.
Maintain follow-up calls to convert leads into store visits or online sales.
Update CRM/lead sheet daily with status and next action.
Coordinate with the marketing and store sales team for appointment scheduling.
Requirements:
Minimum PUC or Graduate.
1-3 years experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (Freshers also considered).
Strong communication in
English, Kannada and Hindi
(Telegu/Tamil is a plus).
