In this role,

w

e are

seeking

a highly analytical and detail-oriented

Reporting and Measurement Analyst

with a strong background in

data analysis

,

performance measurement

, and

Tableau-based reporting

. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering insights from data, driving operational improvements, and influencing strategic decisions through evidence-based recommendations.



Selected

candidate

will work closely with cross-functional teams and client leadership to assess performance,

identify

root causes of inefficiencies, and implement data-driven strategies to

optimize

processes and reduce costs.



Responsibilities



Performance Analysis & Reporting



Conduct

root cause investigations

using data to

identify

performance gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Measure and report

baseline performance

across key client metrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency in tracking.


Define and set

performance benchmarks

, and regularly track and report progress against these targets to client leadership


Be detail oriented to

identify

any glitches/ anomalies/ discrepancies

in the data


Strategic Insights & Action Planning



Analyze team performance to

identify

areas where results are falling short,

determine

underlying causes, and recommend corrective actions.


Drive accountability by ensuring

closure of action items

and tracking progress toward achieving business goals.


Collaborate with stakeholders to

translate insights into actionable strategies

that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.


Dashboard Interpretation & Opportunity Identification



Use

Tableau dashboards

to

monitor

performance trends, identify

anomalies, and uncover opportunities for

process optimization

and

cost reduction

.


Provide meaningful interpretations of dashboard data to support decision-making and strategic planning.


Stakeholder Engagement



Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements,

validate

findings, and

align on

performance improvement initiatives.


Communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.





Qualifications we

seek

in you!



Minimum Qualifications / Skills



Good

years

of experience in

data and business analysis

, with a strong focus on performance measurement and operational insights.


H

ands-on experience with

Tableau

for dashboard development and data visualization.


Proficiency

in

SQL

for data querying and manipulation is a plus.


Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen

eye for detail

.


Proven ability to

translate data into insights

and drive measurable business outcomes.


Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.





Preferred Qualifications/ Skills



Experience in

consulting, operations, or client-facing roles

.


Familiarity with

KPI frameworks

,

process improvement methodologies

, or

Lean/Six Sigma

principles.


Exposure to

cloud-based data platforms

or

BI tools

beyond Tableau is a plus.
