Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Manager - Renewable Energy Projects to oversee the execution and maintenance of solar projects. This role requires strong on-site experience, project management expertise, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution, installation, and commissioning of solar projects with focus on timelines, budget, and quality
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety/regulatory compliance
Maintain project documentation and share timely updates with stakeholders
Troubleshoot on-site challenges to maintain uninterrupted operations
Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols
Qualifications & Skills
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
3-4 years of on-site experience in solar project execution and O&M
Strong understanding of solar PV systems, installation, and maintenance practices
Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with project management tools/software is an advantage
