Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports in compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to ensure the accuracy of reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to the reporting framework.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to collect and process the required financial data.
• Design and implement robust controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and training to junior team members regarding regulatory reporting requirements and best practices.
• Manage audits and regulatory examinations pertaining to reporting.
• Improve the efficiency of reporting processes through automation and technology enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting within banking, financial services, or consultancy domains.
• Strong knowledge of local and global regulatory reporting standards.
• 2 years of experience within AIFMD Annex IV reporting
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools and financial software systems.
• Analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for summarizing complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and effectively prioritize tasks.
