Manager- Regional Marketing

This role is based out of Colombia. The incumbent is required be bilingual, having verbal & written fluency in both English & Spanish languages.

A purpose driven role for you

The incumbent will be responsible to devise and implement marketing strategy across regions and build awareness for the product portfolio and achieve defined sales targets

A Day in the life

Devise annual marketing calendar by studying market, competition and consumer

Develop brand campaigns across all touchpoints-TV, Print, Radio, OOH, BTL, Events, Retail and Digital Spearhead product launches and maintain brand healt Manage advertising, media, digital, marketing research agencies to develop and roll out the country-wise marketing plan. Identify business needs for engaging the agencies and strive for effective output Coordinate with distributor partners to execute media and local level marketing activities Successful execution and monitoring of all marketing activities according to annual plan and align for course correction

Academic Qualification & Experience

Master's in marketing or MBA

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field 12-15 years of experience in Mass-media communication development, agency and media management
