Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Reception Manager to oversee front desk operations and lead the receptionist team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth visitor management, excellent customer service, and efficient day-to-day front office functioning while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the reception/front desk team.
Ensure efficient handling of incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Maintain a professional reception area and create a welcoming experience for visitors and clients.
Oversee scheduling of appointments, meetings, and visitor logs.
Implement and monitor front office policies, procedures, and standards.
Train, motivate, and evaluate receptionist/front office staff.
Resolve client/visitor issues and escalate when required.
Coordinate with administration, HR, and facility teams for support services.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on reception operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Office Administrator.
At least 2 years of team management/supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and front office management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Salary Range:
Competitive, based on experience and industry standards.
