Key Responsibilities:



As a Customer Development Manager, you will be the linchpin between our properties and our clients. Your primary mission is to ensure maximum occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and sustained revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Acquisition & Pipeline Management:

Proactively identify and source prospective corporate and individual clients through networking, market research, and strategic outreach. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.

End-to-End Leasing Cycle Management:

Spearhead the entire leasing process from initial enquiry and property tours to negotiation, contract finalization, and seamless onboarding of new tenants.

Strategic Relationship Building:

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates. Act as their primary point of contact for leasing-related matters, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

Conduct continuous market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks. Use this data to develop and implement effective leasing strategies.

Portfolio Growth:

Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and contribute to the overall leasing strategy for the property portfolio.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to property promotion and management. Prepare and present regular reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and financial performance to stakeholders.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Lead lease negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with company objectives.

Who You Are:



You hold an

MBA

, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. You have a minimum of

2 years of proven experience

in real estate leasing, corporate sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role. An exceptional communicator and a master negotiator with the ability to influence key decision-makers. You are highly self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and a drive to exceed targets. You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market data into actionable insights. Customer-centric to your core, with a genuine passion for building and maintaining relationships. Proficient in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
