Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager - Real Estate to oversee the end-to-end management of our real estate portfolio.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in strategic real estate planning, portfolio optimization, and lease administration, including negotiation, renewals, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
Strategic real estate planning and portfolio management (offices, guest houses).
Lease administration (agreements, renewals, negotiations).
Acquisitions & dispositions.
Facilities management (repairs, upkeep, vendor coordination).
Budgeting & financial reporting.
Compliance with laws and policies.
Vendor negotiations and market research.
Regular reporting to management.
Requirement:
Candidates only from IPC backgrounds.
Target candidates with 10-15 years of relevant real estate experience.
