Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects across residential, commercial, land, and plotted developments.
Conduct technical due diligence and assess feasibility, risks, and market trends.
Implement strategic plans to grow projects and reduce risks.
Oversee construction projects, ensuring timelines, costs, sales, and cash flows are met.
Assign and monitor Condition Precedents with developers to reduce transaction risks.
Prepare and present reports on financial performance, market trends, and project updates.
Verify, prepare, and issue Sales NOCs.
Schedule and document meetings for effective project communication.
Requirements:
Education:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA in Finance / CFA is a plus).
Proven experience managing multiple real estate projects across different asset types.
Strong understanding of construction practices and regulations in multiple Indian cities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
