MOD (Ministry of Defence), Armed Forces, and DRDO labs
. The ideal candidate will be a part of the Design team in development of high-reliability power solutions compliant with military standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead R&D projects focused on the
design and development of MIL-grade power supplies
(AC-DC, DC-DC converters etc.).
Design power electronics circuits meeting stringent
military specifications .
Technical support for the products delivered and to provide necessary support to the customer during QT and ATP
Collaborate with customers (MOD, Armed Forces, DRDO) to define technical requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Maintain documentation as per
defence project requirements
(QA Plans, BOM, Test Reports, Design Documents).
Stay updated on new technologies and suggest innovations relevant to defence-grade power systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
B.E./B.Tech/Electrical Engineering or related field
.
5+ years of hands-on experience
in designing and developing MIL-grade power supplies.
Proven track record of executing power electronics projects for
MOD/Armed Forces/DRDO
.
Experience with simulation and design tools .
Strong understanding of
MIL standards
, reliability engineering, and environmental stress screening (ESS).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines effectively.
Preferred:
Prior experience in
defence electronics industry
or government projects.
Familiarity with
quality systems and certifications
relevant to defence manufacturing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
