Unique Biotech Limited Role: Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research projects in your specialized field.
• Formulate and test hypotheses, develop research strategies, and drive

projects to meet objectives.

• Mentor and collaborate with junior scientists and researchers.
• Plan and execute complex experiments, including assay development,

validation, and troubleshooting.

• Analyze and interpret data, utilizing advanced statistical and

computational tools.

• Generate high-quality reports and presentations to communicate

results.

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of laboratory equipment and

facilities.

• Ensure that all lab members adhere to safety protocols and maintain a

safe working environment.

• Manage resources, including ordering supplies and reagents
• Maintain comprehensive laboratory notebooks and records.
• Prepare research reports, technical documents, and publications for

internal and external audiences.

• Collaborate in knowledge sharing and documentation efforts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing scientific insights

and expertise.

• Participate in project meetings, contribute to strategic discussions, and

align research with organizational goals.

• Ensure that all research activities comply with relevant regulatory

guidelines and quality standards.

• Contribute to regulatory submissions and inspections as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in the

pharmaceutical industry.

• Champion innovation and the integration of new techniques,

technologies, and best practices into research processes. Qualifications:

• Masters/ Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biotechnology,

microbiology, etc.)

• A minimum of 11 years of experience in life science research and

development

• Prior experience in probiotics is mandatory
• Extensive expertise in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and industry

best practices.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior

scientists.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance in

pharmaceutical research.

• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and research projects
