What You'll Bring: Reviews and analyzes customer data/Customer Complaints to discover the root cause of the problem Evaluate and identify all possible defects and initiate corrective and preventive action plan Examine and analyze the existing process and practices impacting the customer/business and to suggest appropriate process recommendations Validate the execution of the corrective action plan and also to track for the desired results Exposure to Root cause analysis tools and techniques, Failure mode effect Analysis,5 Whys and 7QC tools Inter-departmental interactions with stakeholders to develop plans with the goal of driving an improvement in customer metric Uses clear and understandable communication to report on findings Able to understand, relate and visualize the impact that could occur in various touch points while conducting RCA Able to properly summarize and document the results of the RCA Maintain a repository of RCA's and publish reports at a desired frequency. Derive an agent related TNI for enhancing the floor performance To work closely with training and Quality team Working knowledge on MS office applications like MS Excel and Power Point Analytical, technical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to details Impact You'll Make: A UG/PG of any stream 6 -8 Years of relevant experience as a Quality Analyst/RCA team member in a BPO (Banking Domain preferred) Analytical, technical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail. . Strong collaboration, and time management skills. Ability to adapt to various work environments and project opportunities.
