Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced

Petrol Pump Manager

to handle daily operations, staff supervision, cash management, and customer service at our IOCL fuel station. The candidate should ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, fuel dispensing, and stock management. Supervise staff, maintain attendance, and ensure discipline. Manage cash collections, sales reports, and bank deposits. Coordinate fuel orders and maintain inventory accuracy. Handle customer issues and ensure excellent service. Maintain safety standards and compliance with IOCL norms. Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or fuel station management. Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills. Proficient in Excel and basic computer operations.
