Job summary
The primary objective of QS org is to provide manual testing support, which includes regression and new feature/product testing. Quality Services Manager (L4) would manage QSAs and SMEs. He/She would need to mentor/coach QSAs/SMEs and ensure test case execution process is managed well. Quality Services Manager will be the point of contact for the QSAs, SMEs and QAEs for clarification queries/project execution/work allocation. A Quality Services Manager will also be required to look at optimizations in the processes followed and bring about improvement in quality / productivity. In addition to managing process improvements and work allocation, and will also monitor daily floor operations, create reports, review QSAs performance on regular intervals and also ensure productivity & quality deliverables are met. A Quality Services Manager will also be responsible for performance management of all the reporting QSAs/SME.
