Follow Up & Supervise the quality assurance plans as per the client's specifications, code requirements. Also prepare the necessary procedures e.g. hydro test, pneumatic test, heat treatment, NDE procedures, surface preparation & painting proceduresResponsible for inspection of shop floor fabricated equipment to TPI/Clients as per approved QAP i.e. raw material identification, dished ends inspection, set- ups, dimensional inspection, NDT, heat treatment, testing of pressure parts, surface preparation & painting and getting release notes/dispatch clearances from them

Preparation of non-conformance reports/ deviation concession request

Preparation of final documentation including assisting to make as built drawings and manufacturing record book

To coordinate & deal with third party inspection agencies for visit at our works

To monitor outside work inspection & incoming material

To monitor the radiography activity & plan the activity as per the priority of the job.

Updating the calibration records for instruments, welding machines, radiography instrument etc.

Pre inspection meeting with the client Production schedule meetings.

Manage the team of 5-6 Persons in terms of grooming, motivation, review/ appraisal of performance, identify T&D needs & recommend for the same

Well verse with the knowledge of ASME/ISO/OHSAS/EHS & Leading role ISO Certification
