B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry
Or B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
operations
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and statutory requirements
Handle internal & external audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
Monitor raw materials, in-process quality, and finished goods quality
Lead quality teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage documentation, SOPs, and quality systems effectively
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and product consistency across production lines
Desired Profile:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Hands-on experience in
juice / carbonated / beverage manufacturing plants
Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the quality function
Preference:
Immediate joiners / Short notice period
