Job Description

Experience Required: 10 to 12 year Minimum 2 years as MR/QMS in reputed Aerospace industries ,

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the

Quality Management System (QMS)

in accordance with

AS9100D

standards. Act as

Management Representative (MR)

for audits, quality reviews, and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with

customer-specific requirements (CSR)

and core quality tools such as

APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC

. Drive

First Article Inspection (FAI/FAS)

,

change management

, and process validation activities. Interpret

engineering drawings

and apply

Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

principles for part inspection and quality control. Lead internal and external audits, identify non-conformities, and ensure effective

CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

implementation. Support

supplier quality

and ensure adherence to aerospace standards throughout the supply chain. Promote

EMS ISO 14001

and

OHSAS/ISO 45001

standards within the organization. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation related to quality metrics and improvements. Conduct quality awareness and system training sessions for team members.
? Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical / Aeronautical / Industrial Engineering

or equivalent.

? Minimum

5-8 years

of total experience in Quality Assurance, with

at least 2 years

in a

MR/QMS role

in Aerospace manufacturing.

? Certified training in

AS9100D

,

Core Tools

, and

GD&T

preferred.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of

AS9100D and QMS requirements

. Practical experience with

Core Tools

and

Customer Specific Requirements

. Sound knowledge of

GD&T, part inspection, and drawing interpretation

. Familiarity with

EMS ISO 14001

and

OHSAS/ISO 45001

standards.
Excellent

communication, leadership, and presentation

skills
