ensuring quality across all deliverables
, verifying critical tasks, and acting as a bridge between operational teams and the CEO's office. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of our services.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Audits:
Review and verify outputs across projects to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
Task Verification:
Cross-check completion and accuracy of assigned tasks across departments.
Reporting:
Prepare concise, accurate reports for the CEO on project status, quality gaps, and improvement measures.
Compliance Checks:
Ensure processes comply with NCVET guidelines, client requirements, and internal SOPs.
Issue Escalation:
Identify and report deviations, risks, or bottlenecks promptly.
Process Improvement:
Recommend and implement measures to enhance quality and efficiency.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Liaise with teams (operations, tech, HR, client relations) to ensure smooth execution.
Special Projects:
Support CEO with strategic initiatives and high-priority operational tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent.
3-7 years' experience in quality assurance, auditing, or operational oversight (assessment/ed-tech preferred).
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
