Quantity Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Prepare and verify detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) as per drawings and specifications. Measurement & Verification: Conduct site measurements, verify contractor/client quantities, and prepare joint measurement records (JMRs). Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and certify RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and Final Bills for contractors and vendors as per work progress. Ensure timely submission and follow-up for client bill certification and payment realization. Rate Analysis & Costing: Perform detailed rate analysis for civil, MEP, and finishing works using market data and standard norms (DSR, CPWD, etc.).Assist in cost control and monitoring activities. Tendering & Procurement Support: Provide inputs for tender document preparation, technical evaluations, and cost comparisons for procurement activities. Change Order & Variation Management: Evaluate and process variations/change orders in coordination with the project team. Prepare cost impact assessments and submit for client approval. Reconciliation Statements: Maintain material, subcontractor, and client billing reconciliation reports. Documentation & Records: Maintain all commercial documentation, including bills, contracts, drawings, correspondence, and approvals in a systematic manner. Client & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and contractors for bill submissions, approvals, and clarifications. Project Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly billing progress reports and cash flow forecasts to the management. Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure adherence to contractual, statutory, and internal audit requirements related to billing and payments. HSE: Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. Comply and ensure implementation of the company's and the customer's Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
Experience & Further Qualifications* 10-15 years of professional experience in Construction Project Management.
