Key Responsibilities

Prepare

Quality Assurance Plans (QAP)

for each project and coordinate with customers for approval Conduct

incoming inspection

of raw materials and bought-out items Coordinate

in-process inspections

with Production and Project teams Perform

final inspections

, raise customer inspection calls, and ensure smooth product clearance Address and close punch points in a timely manner Ensure complete

job documentation

as per project requirements Maintain

calibration records

for QC equipment and tools Carry out

vendor inspection and approval / re-certification

Maintain

vendor quality ratings

based on job execution data Lead, motivate, and train the QC & QA team Drive

continual improvement initiatives
