Seeking Senior Manager QC NDT (Level 3 Qualified) with extensive experience in Heavy Fabrication projects, specifically in the areas of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Boilers! Location: Hyderabad, India Our esteemed organization, headquartered in Hyderabad, is in search of a Senior Manager QC NDT (Level 3 Qualified) to join our dynamic team. Role and Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all Quality Control and Non-Destructive Testing activities related to Heavy Fabrication projects, with a specific focus on Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Boilers. - Develop and implement quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Lead a team of experienced QC professionals, providing guidance and mentoring to maintain the highest standards of quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Manufacturing, and Project Management, to ensure seamless execution of projects, meeting strict deadlines. - Conduct regular audits, inspections, and tests to identify and rectify any quality issues promptly. - Maintain detailed documentation and reports for all QC activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Desired Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Level 3 Qualification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Heavy Fabrication projects, with a strong focus on Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Boilers. - In-depth knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards, such as ASME, TEMA, and API. - Proven track record in leading and managing QC teams, driving excellence and continuous improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
