Manager - QA & QC (Railway Project)

Location:

Siddipet - Siricilla Railway Project.

Experience:

12-18 years in QA & QC (preferably Railway / Infrastructure projects)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement QA/QC plans, method statements, and inspection test plans as per Railway/IRC/IS codes and client specifications. Monitor and control quality of civil works - embankments, formation, bridges, track laying, ballast, and structures. Approve and verify sources of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, ballast, sleepers, etc.) as per standards. Review and approve laboratory / third-party test results; ensure timely corrective and preventive actions. Maintain all QA/QC documentation - NCRs, checklists, quality reports, and client approval records. Coordinate with Client/Consultants during inspections, audits, and quality clearances. Conduct internal quality audits, site inspections, and ensure compliance with QMS. Provide training and guidance to site engineers, supervisors, and lab technicians on quality procedures. Ensure compliance with ISO, Railway, and contractual quality standards. Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Quality Reports and submit to management and client.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 12-18 years of experience in QA & QC, with minimum 5 years in

railway / infrastructure projects

. Strong knowledge of IS/IRC/MoR standards, Railway specifications, and quality systems. Hands-on experience in inspections, testing, documentation, and client coordination. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
