Job Description

Lead the research and development efforts for Drymix products, including tile adhesives, skim coats, grouts, plasters and repair mortars

Oversee the entire new product development lifecycle, from initial concept and formulation to market launch and commercialization.

Manage and mentor a team of scientists and engineers, fostering innovation and high-quality output.

Ensure that all products meet the required quality control standards and regulatory requirements, such as IS and EN standards

Product Development

:

Formulate and develop new drymix products for applications like tile adhesives, skim coats, and industrial grouts.

Research & Analysis:

Conduct literature surveys, evaluate raw materials, and stay updated on new technologies and market trends within the drymix industry.

Team Management:

Provide technical direction, leadership, and mentorship to the R&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor R&D projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Cross-functional Collaboration

:

Work closely with other departments, including production, quality control, marketing, and sales, to support new product commercialization and technical service.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

:

Implement and oversee quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., IS, EN, ANSI) and proper documentation.

Improve reliability of new product development processes

Should know all new grey product technology & testing procedures.

Analyse the rejections & provide feedback on consumption of the same.

Should have core knowledge of grey cement, GGBS, Fly ash & other chemicals added in grey products.

Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made

Actively participate in production meetings with the manufacturing team.

Review customer requirements and make sure they are met work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers

Continuous working on ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Pay: ?1,400,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
