Manager - QA

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Head the Quality Assurance Department of the company

2. Responsible for incoming, in process, Assembly and Finished product inspection of the products.

3. Conduct statistical procedures to establish variance and suggest corrective measures.

4. Participate in vendor development activities of the company.

5. Ensure all IATF 16949 procedures in vogue are followed meticulously

6. Ensure tools and gauges and instruments are properly planned, maintained, registered and calibrated.

7. Conduct defect analysis on customer complaints & suggest corrective actions.

8. Co-ordinate with third party inspection agencies.

9. Take up any other assignments given by superiors.

10. Prepare Quality documents like APQP, PPAP documentation etc.

11. Train and build good team.

12. Maintain cordial industrial industrial relations.

13. Prepare monthly MIS report.Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualification & Experience:

BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4 to 7 years experience

Location - Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
