What You Will Do:Lead and manage a team of software engineers working as part of the PyTorch upstream community Deliver PyTorch features and enhancements in support of Red Hat's AI portfolio Collaborate with partners who are both consumers and contributors of the team's deliverables Provide a focus on quality and optimization of the build environments Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning Manage project timelines & resources Communicate technical plans and progress to stakeholders


What You Will Bring:Hands-on experience with PyTorch and Open Source communities Experience in managing software engineering teams Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Experience with open-source software development and communities Experience with Agile development methodologies Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
