Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review feasibility studies, concept designs, and technical proposals
Participate in site assessments and surveys
Manage and coordinate design consultants and engineering teams
Review drawings, specifications and technical submittals
Manage design changes and approvals
repare detailed cost plans, estimates, and cash flow forecasts
Monitor project costs, commitments, and variations
Evaluate contractor claims, change orders, and extensions of time
Ensure projects remain within approved budgets
Implement project quality management plans
Qualification:
Any Graduation
Experience:
Min 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
Male Candidates

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
