Purpose of Role:

Study of ITT documents and compilation/raising queries to client Carry out proposal engineering for PAR & PAU modules Cost compilation and optimization Interactions with vendors for various procurement items Compilation of Basis & Assumptions document for minimum changes during project stage. Co-ordination with Yard & design teams for proposal inputs

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Work-out accurate costing & apply cost Reduction Themes Review BOQ / Vendor offers for Optimization Review of technical offer prepared with respect to ITB requirements for completeness and accuracy

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Prepare competitive cost estimates to achieve budgeted order inflow. On time compilation of proposals Cost reduction strategies through value engineering process * Evaluation of Risk register and mitigation plan
