Job Purpose: Senior Executive - MEPF is responsible for assisting in the design review, coordination, and implementation of MEPF systems in airport projects. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, supports project execution, and collaborates with multiple stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
MEPF Design Coordination & Review:
Assist in reviewing and validating MEPF designs and drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and vendors to address design queries and propose technical improvementEnsure seamless integration of MEPF systems with architectural and structural designs.
Sustainability:
The goal of sustainable MEP design is to minimize the environmental impact of buildings by integrating energy-efficient technologies, implementing water conservation measures, and using eco-friendly materials. This approach aims to reduce energy consumption, enhance indoor environmental quality, and achieve green building certifications like LEED, ensuring environmentally responsible construction.
Project Execution & Implementation:
Oversee the execution of MEPF systems on-site, ensuring alignment with approved designs and construction schedules.
Identify on-site challenges, propose solutions, and provide technical clarifications to execution teams.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols during installation and commissioning phases.
Budget & Cost Monitoring:
Track MEPF project costs, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Work with the procurement team to evaluate vendor proposals and resource allocation for cost efficiency.
Support value engineering initiatives to enhance project feasibility without compromising quality.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure that MEPF designs and installations meet local and international safety standards and environmental regulations.
Assist in identifying project risks, such as design conflicts or construction challenges, and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate with relevant regulatory bodies to facilitate approvals and inspections.
Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure effective project execution.
Act as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth coordination and conflict resolution.
Site Inspections & Reporting:
Conduct regular site visits to assess the progress of MEPF installations and address technical concerns.
Prepare progress reports, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Stay updated on emerging trends, new materials, and sustainable technologies in MEPF systems.
Contribute to energy-efficient and cost-effective MEPF solutions within airport infrastructure.

Qualifications:
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's / masters degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Green Building Certification PMP
Work Experience:
5-8 years of experience in MEPF design review, execution, Real estate, Construction and coordination, preferably in airport or infrastructure projects.
Certifications like Engineer (CEng)/LEED Accreditation/Project Management is preferred.
