5-6 years in projects (construction/fit-outs) with exposure to the restaurant/F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed site surveys to evaluate feasibility, utilities, and operational requirements.
Develop restaurant layouts aligned with operational flow, brand standards, and compliance norms.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors for drawings, BOQs, approvals, and timely delivery.
Manage end-to-end project execution including civil, MEP, interiors, signage, and kitchen fit-outs.
Ensure projects comply with statutory, health & safety, and F&B industry standards.
Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and cost controls.
Handle vendor identification, negotiation, and management, ensuring adherence to MOQs and quality standards.
Collaborate with the operations team to integrate workflow efficiency in design and execution.
Conduct periodic site supervision and resolve on-ground execution challenges.
Prepare progress reports and handover documentation post-completion.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management (preferred).
5-6 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, or hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, layouts, and compliance requirements in the F&B industry.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel for site surveys and execution monitoring.
