Job Description

Qualification : BE Civil

Experience : 10 years in Project sales of waterproofing / building materials

Willing to travel

Good communication skills

Develop and execute project sales strategy for repair & rehabilitation chemicals

Lead specification-driven sales for infrastructure, commercial, industrial projects

Track project lifecycles from design / specification to execution and billing

Build strong relationships with consultants, PMCs, Government departments, Contractors & Applicators.

Influence product approvals and technical specifications

Identify new project opportunities in Infrastructure repair & rehabilitation, Water treatment & sewage projects, Industrial maintenance, Metro, bridges, tunnels, airports.

Expand presence in new geographies and segments

Support technical presentations, mock-ups, trials, and site demonstrations

Work closely with application teams for successful project execution

Understanding client technical requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

Preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations

Preparing detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, negotiating terms to close sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
