The Manager - Project Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth through project-based business by building strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and architects, while ensuring achievement of regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage project sales opportunities in assigned regions
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants,and government bodies
- Promote Konkem's construction chemicals and building material products
- Track project pipelines from pre-tender to execution stage
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Ensure timely payment collection from project clients
- Prepare and submit MIS and sales reports to management
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in project sales within construction chemicals or building materials
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of real estate, infrastructure, and industrial projects
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills- Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Background
Candidates from construction chemicals, waterproofing, adhesives, concrete admixtures, paints, or building materials industry will be preferred.
