Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and senior professional with a background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.?

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Create detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.?

Site & Construction Management:

Oversee construction activities, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.?

Contract Management:

Prepare and manage contracts, negotiate terms with contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.?

Stakeholder Coordination:

Serve as the primary liaison among clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate effective communication and project progress.?

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to minimize impact on project delivery.?

Quality Assurance:

Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards and client expectations.?

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals.?

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.?

Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Project Management within the real estate sector, specifically with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC).

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications such as PMP . Experience with large-scale, high-value developments. Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes.
