We are seeking a Manager - Programs & Projects to drive IT program management and consulting across our global operations. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, system owners, and cross-functional teams to provide IT solutions, implement ERP enhancements, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will lead initiatives that optimize IT systems, improve processes, and maintain the overall health and performance of our IT landscape across affiliates.
What you will do
Engage with business stakeholders to understand IT challenges, evaluate priorities, and recommend solutions or alternatives
Manage and track project topics, risks, and milestones through internal portals, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
Coordinate with system owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to align on solutions and implement changes or enhancements
Provide technical consulting, functional expertise, and best-practice recommendations for ERP systems and related IT tools
Conduct regular system and process health checks, identifying potential risks and driving corrective actions
Develop reports, dashboards, and process improvements to monitor IT efficiency and performance across affiliates.
What you bring
University degree in IT, Consulting, or a related field
10+ years of experience in IT program/project management, preferably with logistics (SSD/SCM) and ERP consulting (Infor ERP experience preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex business scenarios
Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive cross-functional initiatives
Experience in multi-country rollouts, IT system enhancements, and user training
Excellent communication skills, proactive engagement, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a senior leadership capacity.
