Position: Manager - Programming & Operations, Digital Business Purpose: This position is responsible for timely entering of content metadata into the CMS system of SonyLIV, Managing the team and supporting the operations. Education: Graduate / PG in Broadcast/Media Experience: 8+ years in Digital Content Management & Operations Location: Mumbai Reporting Relationship: Head - Publishing, Digital Business/Channel/Function: Digital Key Responsibilities: Metadata Operations Guiding the team and entering the complete meta data details for a better user experience. 100% accuracy of all the data fields to create a database for future mapping. Documenting, Creating, and following strict processes / workflows ensuring accuracy. Working closely with the business, product, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content. Performing QC to ensure all published content is available on SonyLIV FE. Projects on bulk changes in the meta fields as per the stakeholder\'s requirements with foresight on how the changes with reflect / effect FE. Providing meta tags for BAU in addition to live sports and GEC content. Networking with the CMS & tech team, understanding new features released in CMS, documenting, and implementing them in daily operations ensuring accuracy. Expertise in live event operations and content delivery. Ensuring availability and extending working hours when required based on GEC / Sports and live events. Guiding and helping the team with their queries, rostering, creating booking and monthly reports accounting utilization and deliveries of assets. Focus On Process Efficiencies. Technical Advance computer knowledge Working with cloud platform such as AWS, google Understanding Meta tagging / hash tagging and its effects on video hits.
