BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (BE)




The Production Manager will lead and oversee the execution of offshore construction projects involving topsides, jackets, piping systems, and structural fabrication. This role ensures that all activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Manage all phases of offshore construction including fabrication, piping, erection,


and installation. Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, HSE standards, and QA/QC


protocols. Develop and implement detailed construction schedules and resource plans.


Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams.


Monitor progress, productivity, and resolve constructability issues.


Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient execution.


Conduct daily briefings and ensure proper allocation of manpower and equipment. Strong project management and planning capabilities.
