Job Title: Procurement & Production Planning Executive

Reports to: Head of Procurement/Production Planning

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Production Planning Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, production planning, and inventory control activities to ensure timely delivery of products and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

1. Source and procure raw materials, components, and services

2. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers

3. Manage supplier relationships and performance

4. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Production Planning:

1. Develop and manage production plans, including material requirements planning (MRP)

2. Coordinate with production team to ensure production schedules are met

3. Identify and resolve production planning issues

4. Collaborate with sales team to ensure delivery timelines are met

Inventory Management:

1. Manage inventory levels, including tracking and reporting

2. Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking

3. Implement inventory control procedures

BOP (Bill of Production) Planning:

1. Develop and manage BOPs for production planning

2. Ensure accurate calculation of material requirements

RM (Raw Material) Planning:

1. Plan and manage raw material procurement

2. Ensure timely availability of raw materials for production

Requirements:

1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field

2. Experience:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement, production planning, and inventory management

- Proven track record of improving procurement and production planning processes

3. Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
