Develop, implement, and monitor production plans and schedules to meet delivery timelines and production targets.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Quality departments to ensure alignment of production activities and material availability.
Analyse capacity, resource requirements, and workload distribution to optimize production efficiency.
Monitor production progress, inventory levels, and lead times to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely execution.
Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, progress trackers, and dashboards for management review.
Identify process improvement opportunities in production planning, workflow management, and scheduling.
Collaborate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components based on production requirements.
Monitor production KPIs, such as schedule adherence, delivery performance, and material utilization, and suggest corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms in all PPC activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop PPC team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Support AGM - Production in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production optimization initiatives.
