we are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production equipment. This involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and conducting repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable, along with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively. This position demands attention to detail, a proactive approach to maintenance, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics is essential, as is familiarity with various hand and power tools. Responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, ordering parts as needed, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
