Job Title: Manager - Production (Scaffolding - Export)

Location: Malerkotla Road, Ludhiana

Salary: ₹60,000 - ?70,000

Qualification: Diploma / Degree (Mechanical)

Experience: 10 to 12 Years (Only in Scaffolding Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage overall production operations for scaffolding products focused on export markets.

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily manufacturing activities to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain high standards of quality as per international requirements.

Coordinate with design, quality, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.

Lead, train, and supervise production staff to achieve efficiency and productivity targets.

Implement cost control measures and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Requirements:

Strong experience in scaffolding manufacturing (mandatory).

Knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality standards for export.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Ability to handle high-volume production and meet deadlines.
