Role
As the Manager Product Technical for EV incumbent will be responsible for aligning the EV strategy into execution on the field being responsible for product development , establish warranty processes and quality check of electronic vehicles for global markets of HMCL
A purpose driven role for you
Purpose of the role is to manage Global launch of EV bikes along with domestic launches for global markets
A Day in the life
The incumbent shalll be responsible for managing on a day to day basis :

• Collaborate with R&D and other stakeholders for quality checks and product development
• Impart training to Distributor staff of product and service process
• Define and align the distributor team on country specific after sales architecture, processes and norms.
• Verify and approve warranty and KD claims made by distributor

Academic Qualification & Experience
B.Tech with 4-7 years of overall experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Mechanical/ Electrical engineer with relevant experience in EV
Behavioural Skills

• Negotiation skills
• Decisions making ability
• Interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Collaboration
